To pay the balance due after registration is complete, but prior to the conference, simply return to the conference registration page, click the “Already Registered?” hyperlink, and enter the email address used at the time of registration and the confirmation number that was sent in the confirmation email. Using this feature will allow the credit card user to pay on someone else’s behalf. Onsite cash, check, and credit card payments are also accepted; however, POs are not an acceptable form of payment.

Room reservations can be made online or by calling the Hyatt Regency at 888/591-1234. If making reservations by phone, use the code OASFAA to ensure the $89.00 per night room rate. The deadline for room reservations is April 2.
