To exhibit at the annual OASFAA Conference, you must first be a member of OASFAA. The OASFAA Associate Membership fee is $225 and runs from July 1 through June 30. Please visit the following link to become a member - Oklahoma Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators – Membership. 

Exhibitor Fees:

• $300 to exhibit – includes one table

• $200 registration fee – includes access to all sessions and meals

• $225 membership fee (if not already a member of OASFAA)

Additional Add-On Sponsorships

• Sponsor of Individual Refreshment Break during the conference ($300) - Name, logo, and recognition throughout the break

• Sponsor of Conference Luncheon ($500) – Name, logo, and recognition throughout the lunch

• Sponsor Thursday Evening Dinner/Entertainment ($500)  – Name, logo, and recognition throughout the evening event
