Dear OASFAA Members,
It is with a heavy heart and an abundance of caution that the OASFAA Board has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 OASFAA Conference to be held April 1 – 3, 2020 at the Sheraton Midwest City Reed Conference Center.
The current threat of the Coronavirus places all of us at great risk both to ourselves and our families. OASFAA does not wish the conference to be an added risk/threat for anyone.
The Sheraton Midwest City is canceling the block of rooms and if you booked your room through the block, your reservation will be cancelled. If you booked your room by any other means, contact the hotel at 1-405-455-1800 to cancel the reservation. If you are unsure, please contact the hotel to verify.
For everyone that paid their conference registrations online, your refunds will be processed in due course.
I will miss the opportunity to interact with all of you during the conference, but hope to see you next year. Be safe and take care of yourselves.
